OASIS DANCE STUDIO POLICIES

CLASS ROOM POLICY:
1. I must have a signed registration/lability release form on file for you with up-to-date
information prior the start of the class.
2. Please try to be on time for class. If you are entering class after start time, enter quietly
to avoid disrupting the class and join in as soon as you are ready. If you miss the warm-up,
take a few minutes to do this on your own to avoid injuries.
3. Please turn off cell phones. Consideration is given to those who may need to be on-call
for work or have special circumstances.
4. Come to class in comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Bare feet or soft
soled dance shoes are permitted. Bellydance hip scarves are encouraged.
5. No videotaping of class is permitted.
6. Students understand that all choreographies are the intellectual property of the
instructor. If using them outside of class, either in performance or instruction, please give
credit to the choreography when applicable.
REFUND POLICY: Refunds will not be given for missed classes. Refunds will be given if
session is canceled by instructor due to low enrollment. Refunds may also be given if
requested two days prior to session start date, otherwise session fees are nonrefundable.
SNOW CANCELLATION POLICY: I will post snow cancellations on the website at least two
hours prior to class. I will also leave a message on my phone 717-919-8190. Make-up
days for missed classes may be offered. No refunds will be given.
